ABOUT MOLLY
Molly Malina teaches mat pilates at Sky Sport Fitness in downtown Columbus, where her classes have quickly become some of the most popular on the schedule. Expect 45 minutes of core-focused work on the mat with light weights, the lights turned down, the room turned up, and a whole lot of good vibes. Molly's classes are all levels, always, and her goal is simple: to empower you physically and mentally, so you leave every class feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in.
