Pilates with Sisters: Bootcamp Edition ✨💪

Start strong and stay connected over eight weeks of community, coaching, and growth. Join us at Raeden Fitness Studio for a small‑group, boutique strength training program led by a certified personal trainer—designed to help you set personal goals, stay accountable, and build sisterhood.

This is a hijab‑friendly, women‑only space—welcoming, spiritually intentional, and reserved exclusively for our group. 🧕🏽🌙

  • Dates & Time: Every Sunday for 8 weeks, starting June 14 - August 9, NO CLASS JUNE 21, 10:30am–12:00 p.m.
  • Location: Raeden Fitness Studio 2115 Midland Ave Unit #5, Scarborough, ON M1P 3E4
  • Group Size: Small cohort, max 18 participants
  • Format: 1‑hour strength class + 20‑minute connection session
  • Instructor: Certified Personal Trainer (boutique strength training)

  • Strength Training: 1‑hour progressive, small‑group strength sessions to build form, power, and confidence đź’Ş
  • Connection Circle: For reflection, check‑ins, and accountability 🤝
  • Spiritual Sessions: 2 guided spiritual sessions woven across the program 🌙✨
