Hi, my name is Hannah Zimmerman. I am a wife of 17 years, and a mama to six girls. My husband Steven and I own Sunflower Natural Foods and Nature's Corner in Thermopolis, WY. I started Pilates due to many health challenges including muscle and ligament issues. Pilates has helped me tone, and strengthen without a heavy load on my muscles and ligaments. I feel SO good after a Pilates session that I really want to share that feeling with others.
