Join us for a Mat Pilates class (sculpt & tone) at Thriom, Milan’s newest and most beautiful wellness studio. Expect great music, intentional movement, and an energizing yet grounding flow led by an Canadian teacher (Chrisopher - one of the best in the city).

This experience is about more than just pilates — it’s about community, connection, and slowing down. After class, we’ll hang out, chat, and relax together post-workout.
