Arrive, check in, and get settled as we ease into the morning together.
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
Pilates Class
A 45-minute Mat Pilates class led by Erin from SolidCore. Please bring your own mats!
10:15 AM – 10:30 AM
Social Coffee & Connection
After class, enjoy coffee provided by Queen City Collective Coffee and take time to connect with others. This transition allows you to reset, refuel, and ease into the reflective portion of the experience.
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Guided Journaling & Intentional Planning
Create your New Years Action Plabn with Taylor Murphy of Breathe True North. She will guide you through intentional journaling designed to create clarity and perspective. Through thoughtfully crafted prompts, you’ll be invited to:
- Reflect on what you’re carrying into the new year
- Release what no longer aligns
- Clarify what truly matters right now
From there, you’ll translate insight into intention. You’ll make a simple, aligned action plan that brings focus to what’s next. You’ll identify your primary direction and create meaningful next steps, and leave with a sense of momentum that feels grounded and immediately actionable. Journals will be provided!
