Forget the traditional resolutions that fade by the second week of January. We are starting this year with radical intention, high-intensity movement, and a community of people who are ready to show up for themselves.

Join Kiersten, founder of KGC Pilates, for the official launch of our signature event series. This isn't just another workout class; it’s the ultimate Saturday reset designed to build your physical strength and your personal confidence in equal measure. We’re taking over a stunning, sun-drenched loft in Brooklyn to breathe, sculpt, and set the tone for the most confident version of you in 2026.

• 12:45 PM | Doors & Intentions: Arrive early to ground yourself and get settled in!
• 1:00 PM | The Signature Sculpt: A 45-minute, high-intensity Mat Pilates flow using resistance bands to challenge your stability and build long, lean strength. Confidence is a muscle: today, we train it.
• 1:45 PM | Sip & Social: The celebration begins. Enjoy chilled Mionetto Prosecco (or sparkling cider!) paired with our curated artisan fruit spread. This is your time to connect, network, and meet the room.

Don't be the one caught without a mat: bring your own. We have a very limited stash of rentals available for $5 at the door if you're in a total pinch, but they are first-come, first-served.

Most importantly: bring good vibes!!! We are here to support each other, build confidence, and have a good time. Wear your favorite movement set and come ready to work.

• ✨ THE EARLY BIRD ($35): For the go-getters. Includes the full KGC experience. Limited to the first 10 tickets.
• 👯‍♀️ THE BESTIE BUNDLE ($70): Confidence is better with a partner. Admission for two. Grab your favorite workout partner and save. Limited to 6 pairs.
• 🥂 STANDARD ADMISSION ($40): Your all-access pass to the Saturday session.

• Location: The Loft, Brooklyn (Address provided upon ticket purchase).
• Age: Must be 21+ to enjoy the Prosecco.
• Mat Rental: $5 via Eventbrite at checkout.
• Equipment: All sculpting bands and props are provided.
