Pilates Pop-Up at Living Roots FLX

Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates, Barre & Yoga Instructor, Lead Ambassador of Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge and lululemon Ambassador for a fun way to kick off your week with a pilates class in the beautiful setting of Living Roots FLX (photos below). This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and have fun with friends (and includes a beverage after class!). The event will be held outdoors(covered space), with additional space indoors depending on participation and is open to all levels of fitness. Don't miss out on this unique experience to combine exercise with a tasty beverage. Grab your mat and get ready to sip and mobilize!
