Pilates Pop-Up at Living Roots FLX

Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates, Barre & Yoga Instructor, Lead Ambassador of Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge and lululemon Ambassador for a fun way to kick off your week with a pilates class in the beautiful setting of Living Roots FLX (photos below). This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and have fun with friends (and includes a beverage after class!). The event will be held outdoors(covered space), with additional space indoors depending on participation and is open to all levels of fitness.
