Pilates, Painting, & Prayer by FitGalTribe

At this Wellness event, we’ll explore a range of practices that promote our overall well-being. We’ll begin our day with an activity to slow us down and calm our nervous system—breathing and stretching to help you feel grounded and rejuvenated.

• We'll begin with a Pilates Mat workout led by FitgalTribe's founder, a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Mat certified teacher.
• Then, we'll segue into an activity of painting on canvases led by an art therapist. We'll listen to chill beats and enjoy refreshments together.

Please bring your own mat! Everything else will be provided.
