Paint, Pour & Pilates; a mindful and creative escape designed to nourish your body and soul. Enjoy a 30-minute gentle mat Pilates session, followed by calming mug painting, and sip on free hot drinks in a cozy, uplifting space. You’ll also receive a goodie bag to take home as a reminder of your self-care day.

✨ No experience needed: Just come as you are.
🧘‍♀️ What to bring: Your own water and a calm mind.
👚 Dress code: Professional Pilates attire.
🚗 Parking: Limited on-site parking available, with plenty of street parking nearby.
🎨 Note: Mug painting tickets are sold separately.
📍 Meeting point: Please meet at reception.
⏰ Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early — there is a no late entry policy to maintain a peaceful flow.
