PILATES, PAINT & PINTS

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We’ll start with 45 minutes of pilates society at fitbox hove: music-led, full-body sculpt with a good burn, but completely beginner-friendly and all levels welcome ⭐️

(If you have a mat, please bring it. I’ll bring everything else) 🪩

Then we’ll head to Greenhouse (just around the corner) for a relaxed sip & paint, where you’ll have your own petite canvas, easel, paints + brushes all ready to go 🎨

(no painting experience needed.. just pick a seat and a drink and have fun)

come with your bestie or come solo, there are only 10 spaces, so we’re keeping it small, relaxed and very easy-going 🤍

then.... because Friday night doesn't need to end there, feel free to stay for drinks after you have created your masterpiece

greenhouse are offering £5 pints & £9 cocktails for Pilates Society attendees 🍸
