Join us for a one-of-a-kind mat pilates experience on the iconic Malibu Pier as part of Malibu Pier’s Wellness Weekend — an elevated coastal wellness experience unlike anything else.

This is not your average fitness class. Picture yourself moving through a curated mat pilates session with the ocean beneath you, fresh air all around, and the Malibu coastline as your backdrop.

This class is designed to sculpt, lengthen, and define through low-impact, bodyweight movement. Approachable for all levels, our founder and instructor, Lauren, will guide you through options to make each movement more supported or more advanced — so whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or you’re a seasoned practitioner, this class meets you exactly where you are.

What to expect:

A thoughtfully curated mat pilates class led by Lauren Beauchamp, founder of LA Sculpt and Pepperdine University alumna. Lauren brings the same energy and intention she pours into the studio — expect a full-body burn, mindful movement, and a whole lot of good vibes.

About LA Sculpt:

LA Sculpt is a boutique fitness studio located just across PCH in the Malibu Country Mart, founded by Pepperdine alum Lauren Beauchamp. We offer mat pilates, pilates sculpt, and dance sculpt classes in the heart of Malibu. We’d love for this to be your first introduction to the studio — and we hope to see you there again soon.
