About the Class:
Each Pilates class will include a brief description of the 5 Basic Pilates principles:
Breathing
Pelvic placement
Rib Cage placement
Scapula stabilization
Head and Cervical placement
Elizel’s mat-based Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to strengthen the deepest layers of your core by engaging the spine through flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral movement.
