Yogamour is adding Pilates to the weekly schedule! This 55 min class will focus on breath and concentration for developing core strength, spinal flexibility and optimal alignment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Bianca Bentz has been teaching Classical Pilates for nearly 20 years. She trained with Power Pilates in Annapolis, MD and Charlotte, NC. She developed her Pilates pursuits with a variety of influences while living in Boulder CO for 12 years. Bianca now teaches in Frederick, Thurmont and New Market, MD.
