- Join us for Pilates Mat Class on the Boardwalk
- This low impact workout designed to stretch, lengthen and condition your muscles
- D.R. Pilates will lead a 1-hour workout featuring a warmup, a circuit and booty component, followed by a cool down
- Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
- No dogs allowed in class area
- Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
- In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled
- Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Mondays
