Mat & Mingle: A Free Pilates Pop-Up at Solace Brewery in South Riding!

Club Pilates South Riding is coming soon to the South Riding Market Square Retail Center! While we’re waiting on our new Club Pilates South Riding studio, we didn’t want to wait to move, connect, and have a little fun together.

Join us for Mat & Mingle—a free, all-levels Pilates mat class followed by time to mingle, stretch, and connect with other people in the community. This event is open to everyone: our amazing founding members patiently waiting for doors to open, curious neighbors who want to try Pilates for the first time, and anyone who simply enjoys moving their body and meeting great people.

Expect a feel-good mat class focused on strength, mobility, posture, and core (yes, that core), led by a professional instructor who will guide you every step of the way—no experience required. Think smart movement, not intimidating choreography. You’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, and pleasantly surprised by muscles you forgot you had.

After class, stick around to mingle — meet other people in the community, connect with the instructors, have a beer and a bite at Solace Brewery (available for purchase) and enjoy some relaxed post-class conversation.
