Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates Instructor for a fun way to kickoff your Sunday with a pilates class in the beautiful setting of Frequency Wellness Space. This event is open to all levels of fitness. Don't miss out on this unique experience to combine exercise with one of your favorite treats. Your ticket comes with a Macaron trio pack of three different fall flavors from Baked by Alyssa P (think pumpkins, apples and caramel, oh my!) and a drink voucher to Winter Swan (delicious coffee shop in walking distance around the corner)!
