Join us for an energizing community pilates class on Thursday, October 23 at the Dallas Farmers Market with Pilates214!
This inclusive class is designed to bring together people of all skill levels for an evening of mindfulness, movement, and connection. Starting at 6:30PM at the plaza between Harvest Lofts and Pearl Lofts (1011 S Pearl Expy), Olivia will guide you through a series of stretches and exercises for this 45 minute long session. Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and good energy!
All ages are welcome, and participation is donation based!
