Pilates in the Park - Friday 2nd January

The last few weeks of the year always tends to feel like a big push to make it through, and 2025 has been no different. I'd love if you could join me and give yourself the gift of movement while remaining present, centred and connected to wrap up the year that was.

Come with an open heart to strengthen and flow with our beautiful community in Enmore Park (Corner of Victoria Rd & Black Street, near the playground).

All bodies & levels welcome. Arrive 10-15 minutes earlier if you are working with injuries, pre/post natal or any other things about your body you think I should know before the class!

Let's move together while enjoying the fresh air, good vibes, and a supportive environment surrounded by nature & connection.
