Pilates In The Park

Come join me for a relaxing Pilates session in the beautiful outdoors at Rodney Cook Park. This event is perfect for people looking to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. I will guide you through a series of gentle exercises to help you feel rejuvenated and centered.
