Start your weekend with a refreshing Pilates mat class on the shore of Little Traverse Bay! Led by Amber, this session will focus on core strength, mobility, and full-body movement-all while soaking in the beautiful park atmosphere. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class welcomes all!
🌊All levels welcome-come as you are!
🌊What to Bring: A mat or towel, and water (optional weighted bangles)
🌊Please register in advance so we can get a headcount. Make sure you sign up for SMS for updates as this is a weather permitting event.
