Join us for a 30 minute Pilates & an a 1 hr Hip Hop class that blends core-focused strength, flexibility, and control with high-energy hip hop movement and music. This class is designed to make you feel strong, confident, and empowered.
✨ How to reserve your spot:�Payment must be sent via Venmo to @TheDancePlaceNV to hold your spot.
📝 Important:�A waiver will be required and must be completed prior to class. Participants under the age of 17 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the class.
