You are invited to join us at Yonah Yoga for a 6-Week Pilates Fusion Series beginning on Thursday, January 29th at 9:30A!Pilates fusion retains the core principles of Pilates, such as focusing on core strength, precise movements, and proper alignment. This fusion approach honors the traditional Pilates mat exercises incorporating more strength & mobility moves that can lead to a more challenging and well-rounded workout experience, The mind-body benefits of fusion workouts include:
