Get ready to sweat it out with PILATES FOR TEACHERS!

Come join Studio Sculpt at GothamGSO on August 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM for an energizing Pilates session led by on of our expert instructors.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to Pilates, this event is perfect for all levels. Our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

All of the proceeds fromt his event will be donated to a local teacher to put towards their classroom.
