These in-hand workouts are designed to improve your horse or ponyโs strength, suppleness and proprioception, helping to build better movement from the ground up.
This will be the first class in a new series, introducing progressive exercises in a friendly, calm environment. The sessions are suitable for all types of equines, from youngsters starting their journey to golden oldies needing support and comfort.
Using a variety of in-hand exercises and pole work, each session will also provide you with a structured programme to follow at home between group workouts. Whether your goals are happy hacking, competition success, or simply keeping retired horses comfortable and mobile, these sessions will support you every step of the way.
The class is run by ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฐ ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฃ ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฃ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ, a fully qualified and insured veterinary physiotherapist with a keen interest in prehabilitation and improving the longevity and quality of horsesโ working lives.
