About this Event

~Pilates for Alignment~

Join us for our monthly Pilates for Alignment class where we aim to strengthen the core, increase stability, improve alignment, and prevent injury. It is the perfect complement to your yoga practice as well as any other activities you may enjoy.
Must be 12 years old to participate.

Dr. Kali Arnold - the owner of Sati Yoga & Wellness - is a master Pilates instructor with over 600 hours of training and 12 years of teaching experience.
