In the "Atlanta Strong: Economic Development Series for Community Leaders," participants will have the opportunity to delve into comprehensive strategies for fostering economic growth in Atlanta's various neighborhoods. While we've retained much of the valuable core content, this refined structure is designed to provide a more cohesive, actionable, and impactful learning journey. Below is the updated overview of our modules:

Participants will explore strategies for fostering community engagement, promoting entrepreneurship, ensuring accountability, and distinguishing between assets and liabilities. Sessions will also focus on empowering low-income households to stretch financial resources effectively. - 2: Building Sustainable Change and Generational Wealth
Sessions will cover innovative approaches to breaking barriers in low-income communities, investing in education and workforce development on a budget, and implementing seven key concepts for passing down wealth. The month concludes with focused workshops on structuring a compelling business plan that secures grants and loans. - 3. From Plan to Action
Participants will dive into business market analysis, create robust financial projections, and explore alternative real estate opportunities. The final week offers optional modules on investing in property deeds, tax liens, and foreclosure properties to deepen asset-building strategies.
