Join us for these six sessions of evening pilates!
Unwind and recharge with our calming evening Pilates mat sessions designed to help you release the stresses of the day and reconnect with your body.
This welcoming class focuses on controlled movements, mindful breathing, and gentle strengthening exercises that support core stability, posture, and flexibility. The session begins with a light warm up before moving through a series of carefully guided Pilates exercises that target the abdominal muscles, back, hips, and legs.
