Parks and Rec is excited to introduce a Mat Pilates class!Mat Pilates is a fun low-impact workout for all fitness levels. It combines strength, stretch, and control movements with a focus on the core. Through precise movements Pilates recruits a wide range of muscle groups to improve flexibility, stability, and balance. Bring a mat, remove your shoes, and enjoy a healthy new exercise.
