One hour long sessions at the Victory Community Centre. Led by the wonderful Marion West. Marion is an approved Strength and Balance Programme Practitioner. Contact Marion on 021 0839 9290.Our pilates sessions run in blocks of six sessions. $55 per six session block. Try before you buy! Your first Pilates session is free!
Six sessions blocks run as follows: 7 Oct - 11 Nov. A partial block will then run to 16 Dec. AGE: 16+
Pilates teaches you about breathing with movement, balance, coordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength and flexibility.
