Dj: Proceed - Open Format.
Firts Class: 9AM - 10AM.
Second Class: 11AM - 12PM.
Ticket cost includes one free drink (coffee, matcha or energy drink), one pre workout shot (Bloom Brand, Rasberry Lemonade Flavor).
We will provide a Pilates ball. Bring your own mat and weights.
You are welcome to stay for brunch after class at La Factoria.
