This class is perfect when you are wanting to re-align, lengthen and sculpt. We explore how controlled and flowing Pilates movements encourage the feeling of more space in your spine and mobilisation across all joints. The classes help find your diaphragmatic breathing and improve your posture, flexibility, stamina and blood flow. Hypopressives technique is blended with Pilates for pelvic floor health. We use props like stretch bands, foam rollers, overballs and weights to add extra challenge and variety to exercises.
