EmpowerHer Pilates – A Wellness Experience for Black Women

Join us for EmpowerHer Pilates, a transformative wellness event designed specifically for Black women to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. This event is more than just a workout—it’s a space for self-care, empowerment, and community.

Pilates is a powerful practice that strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and promotes overall well-being. However, Black women are often underrepresented in wellness spaces. EmpowerHer Pilates is here to change that by creating an inclusive, affirming environment where we can move, heal, and connect.
