✨ Continuing our success of our 2026 5 Days Pilates Challenge series, Katie and I invite you to join our Spring bright and early Challenge.All sessions are at 7 - 7:45 am at Castel Douzaine Hall and it cost £75
Suitable for all levels (beginners welcome)
What to expect:
- Strengthen your core whilst improving posture and balance
- Increase flexibility and mobility
- Enjoy expert guidance whilst learning about your body
- Train with like minded people in a supportive environment
This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in a week of Pilates!
