Pilates, but in a Salt Cave

Welcome to Pilates, but in a Salt Cave event at eforea Spa! Join us on November 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM . Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body and join together in prayer in a calming and rejuvenating salt cave environment. This unique experience combines the benefits of Pilates with the healing properties of salt therapy. Don't miss out on this opportunity to relax and unwind while working on your fitness. Arrive early. In order to not disrupt the tranquil space, we will not allow people to enter the salt cave late.

Shoe covers will be provided or you may bring a clean pair of white socks.

No food or drinks are allowed in the salt cave. Infused water, coffee, and tea will be provided before and after our session.

Do not touch the walls or equipment in the salt cave.

Salt cave sessions are very healing and wonderful for respiratory illness. Due to the clearing process of the respiratory system, you may experience dry throat or coughing at the beginning of the session.
