Join us on Saturday, 9/21, for a transformative experience that invites grace into our lives, In moments of transformation, when we face the need to let go of the parts of ourselves that no longer serve our growth, we often turn to essential truths of grace, vulnerability and forgiveness to guide us. Grace is not about removing challenges but about shifting our perspective to make empowered choices for healing. A two part series that introduces the teachings of grace paired with a supportive practice

• Sabrina will guide you through Pilates, focusing on aligning the physical body with the grace of strength and body awareness
• Lisa will lead a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Breath and Healing sound bath to help you embrace recognizing and utilizing grace as a vehile for forgiveness
