What to expect in our 4-week Pilates beginner course
One of the first things we teach in our beginner’s courses is the correct position to allow the body to feel good, to feel support, and to receive the benefits!!! Here’s one of our previous beginner’s courses. Clients are enjoying learning the rollup exercise
1/ You can expect to have some fun. We do laugh and smile
and if you want to be at the back row thats okay
If you'd like to pause and observe one of the exercises for a moment, that is perfectly okay.
And please expect to understand Pilates a little more and experience your body feeling really good.
That is our intention
We do ask if it is possible if you can bring your own mat
However, if you can’t, we will have some sanitised ones
So we still have a few places left on some of these courses
