Join us for a special Halloween edition of Pilates at the Row, led by @thebloomingsoul!

This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and reset in a fun, welcoming environment. Costumes are encouraged, so feel free to add a little Halloween spirit to your workout look.

No previous Pilates experience is required.
