Ali is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an APTA Academy of Pelvic Health-trained pelvic floor physical therapist, and owner of The 417 Female! This beginner-friendly pilates class is designed for all abilities. Bring your own mat and water, and immerse yourself in this fun evening experience out on the Patio (weather permitting).
