As a Basi Certified Instructor, I'm passionate about making Pilates accessible to our community. Join me for a Pilates class designed to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and mood.

Everyone welcome—men, women, non-binary individuals, and kids over 12. Pilates is for everyone, and it's time to break the stereotype that it's just for women. To participate, you need to be able to sit on the ground and roll onto your back and front.
