Join FLOW for a Sunday afternoon of movement, wine and connection at Restivo Family Cellars in Hockley, Texas.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute FLOW Mat Pilates class, designed to leave you feeling stronger, energized and ready to enjoy the rest of your afternoon. After class, put down the mat and pick up a glass as we transition into a wine tasting at the winery, accompanied by your own charcuterie cone.
Whether you’re coming with friends, planning a girls’ day, or simply looking for something different to do around Hockley, Cypress or the greater Houston area, this event is about more than a workout. It’s a chance to move, unwind, meet people and enjoy a beautiful Saturday afternoon at Restivo Family Cellars.
