In honour of Mental Wellness Awareness Month, join us for a gentle Pilates & Tea experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
This event is an invitation to care for your mental well-being through intentional movement, mindful rest, and meaningful connection. We’ll begin with a guided Pilates session focused on grounding and releasing tension, followed by a cozy tea moment to unwind, reflect, and connect in community.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, in need of rest, or simply looking to pour back into yourself, this space is for you.
- No prior Pilates experience required
- Come as you are
- Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and restored
Because mental wellness is not a luxury, it’s essential.
Things to bring :
- A yoga or Pilates mat (if you don’t have one, we can provide one for $5)
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- A water bottle
