Join Us for Pilates & Sound Bath!
This relaxing in-person session blends guided Pilates movement with soothing sound bath vibrations, creating the perfect reset for your body and mind. Come move, breathe, unwind, and experience the Higher Ground space in a new way.
What to expect:
1) Opening mindful consumption discussion with licensed cannabis counselor
2) All levels pilates class
3) Sound bath session
4) Post class juice bar provided by Alchemy Organix
At Higher Ground, we are a medical cannabis and wellness facility. All event attendees must possess a valid medical cannabis card—whether from D.C. or any U.S. state.
Anyone over 21 can register for a DC Medical Card in 10 minutes or less. Select "self certification" for the application type.
