• 30 minutes of Reformer Pilates, taught by Life Pilates in Sunrise, to build strength, stability, and a deep stretch
• 30 minutes of HIIT cardio kickboxing, taught by 9Round Weston Kickboxing Fitness in Weston, to get your heart pumping and punches flying
• A wellness vendor market after class with samples, giveaways, and local health brands

Just Me Med Spa (Weston)- non invasive body sculpting technology demo'ing redlight therapy and core sculpting
The Tox (Weston)- full-body and facial treatment designed to sculpt, detoxify, and boost overall wellness using their proprietary technique. The Tox will be demo'ing how to gua sha, lympatic chair massages, and more!
Lifeway- Lifeway Kefir is a tart and tangy cultured milk smoothie. It's high in protein and calcium and has 12 live and active probiotic kefir cultures. Lifeway will be handing out samples!
SLG will be creating delicious mocktails available for purchase!
RFS Advisors- Oriana Velasquez, Financial Services Professional, Agent, New York Life Insurance Company will be on-site answering questions and providing information!
