Come join us for a fun and energizing Pilates class including a refreshing after class beverage, and complimentary massage from Healing Hands Massage, at Prost Brewing Company! This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and socialize while getting a great workout in. Whether you're a Pilates pro or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. Details: Items to bring are a mat and we suggest a water bottle, sun protection and to dress in athletic stretch clothing you are able fully move in. This is an outside event, so you will likely sweat, and complimentary sweat towels will be available. Arrive at 9:45am to secure your spot on the back lawn (artificial turf) and class begins promptly at 10:00am. Class is 50 minutes and afterwards you will receive a drink ticket to enjoy a beverage of your choice (Non-alcohol items available) with your fellow attendees! Drink ticket must be used day of event. *Ticket must be purchased for each individual event, and all events are weather dependent. In the case of a cancellation due to weather, your purchase will be transferred to a drop-in class ($35 value) in studio at The Body Refinery Pilates Studio at 10620 Melody Dr. Ste E Northglenn, CO 80234.
