Treat yourself to an afternoon of intentional movement, relaxation and artistry. We are blending movement and creativity for whole body wellness. Heal your body, heart and mind.
Your "Mini Retreat" will begin with a 1 hour Pilates session in our beautiful Pilates Loft Studio--strengthening, centering, and reconnecting with your body to improve posture, release tension, and stress with master trainer, Andree Khalaf. This class is open to all levels.
Afterward, enjoy herbal tea and settle into a 1.5 hour Pottery Workshop, where you will handcraft, a one of a kind ceramic Charcuterie board to elevate your table.
We are partnering with www.wrenworksartstudio.com who will help you design and enhance your charcuterie board with impressions from shells, leaves, herbs, old lace. You will shape and smooth the clay by hand, transforming it into a functional piece of art. You'll also choose your glaze colors that day, and we will finish the glazing for you. The clay requires drying time before the glaze can be applied. Your personally handcrafted, unique board will be ready for pickup in about four weeks, just in time to enjoy for the holidays!
