Learn how to protect your pelvic floor, back, and core while exercising — so you can move with confidence and strength in every season of motherhood.
This warm Pilates class (room heated to 85–90°) will be led by Pilates Instructor Nancy Kessler alongside Dr. April, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist from Effingham Pelvic Health & Wellness. Together, we’ll guide you through safe strengthening, proper breathing, and core support strategies you can use in your workouts and daily life.
