45-minute Pilates flow taught by Kelly Maloney
Gentle, all-levels movement.

Guided paint session with Rupal Dave of Rupal’s Art www.rupalsart.com. Paint, instruction and canvas included.
A relaxed, intimate setting to connect, create, and unwind. A dried lavender bouquet to take home.
