Join us for our next instalment of The Reformer Retreat, a mini retreat that combines Pilates, yoga, and relaxation. Begin with a delicious, gut-loving mocktail, followed by a pampering food and hand treatment and infra red facial or a reformer Pilates class. Then, enjoy a 20-minute back care session on the yoga wheels and foam rollers, followed by a Pilates session suitable for all abilities. After your Pilates session, indulge in a delicious sugar-free protein muffin and a choice of latte, cappuccino, espresso, or herbal tea.
