This is going to be the last Storehouse session for a few months as I am having a hip replacement on the 2nd of September!
I hope to see some familiar faces and welcome all the newbies to this special practice!

Stretch, strengthen, and socialise at our signature two-hour wellness experience overlooking the stunning views of Black Isle!
We will begin with a gentle warm up followed by 90 minutes of rejuvenating Pilates
This specialised practice combines gentle mobility work with effective strengthening exercises—perfect for desk workers, active individuals, and anyone seeking relief from common lower body restrictions.
The session concludes with 15 minutes of pure relaxation—a guided meditation that leaves you feeling centered and refreshed.
The sessions will be held inside or outside depending on the weather.
Then, the best part: unwind in the cozy café space (or outside) with your choice of warming drinks and delectable homemade treats! From flaky pastries to decadent cakes, our post-Pilates spread is the perfect reward for your hard work.
Wild swimmers: we can continue this rejuvenated experience with a refreshing swim at Rosemarkie or Loch Achilty (optional)
