Soulform Pilates invites you to our first-ever Pilates & Prayer gathering—a meaningful introduction to faith-led movement and community.

This free mat Pilates experience is designed to unite body, breath, and spirit through intentional movement, guided prayer, and reflection. The event will be held inside Honey Locust’s beautiful indoor garden, creating a serene, peaceful setting that supports presence, connection, and calm.
